1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and swerte99 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They govern all use of the swerte99 website and any associated mobile application.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of swerte99, you accept these Terms in full. If you are acting on behalf of another person or do not have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, you must not register or use swerte99.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of your agreement with swerte99.

2 Eligibility

To register and use swerte99, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. swerte99 does not permit players under the age of 21 to register or participate in any game or betting activity.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing and using the platform.
• You must not be a person who has been self-excluded or excluded by swerte99 from using the platform.

swerte99 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Accounts found to be held by ineligible individuals will be suspended and any funds handled in accordance with these Terms.

3 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one swerte99 account. Opening duplicate accounts – whether under the same name, contact details, payment method, or device – is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances being voided.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or OTP codes with anyone. swerte99 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

swerte99 accounts are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another person.

4 Verification and KYC

As part of our standard account management process, swerte99 requires players to complete identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) before withdrawals can be processed. Verification may also be requested when unusual account activity is detected or at any point during your account's lifetime.

Verification typically requires submission of:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, driver's licence, or PhilSys National ID)
• Proof of address or secondary identification as needed
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits

Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is complete. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on swerte99 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• swerte99 does not accept credit cards or any form of cryptocurrency as a method of deposit or withdrawal for gaming purposes.
• Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per method. These are shown in the Cashier at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• swerte99 does not charge platform fees for deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges independently.
• Processing times vary by method. E-wallet withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfers. Estimated timelines are displayed in the Cashier.

All funds deposited must be from a payment account in your own name. Third-party funding is not permitted. swerte99 reserves the right to return funds to their source if this requirement is not met.

6 Gameplay and Betting

swerte99 offers slots, live casino games, sports betting, and eBingo. Each game category operates under its own specific rules, which are available within each game or section of the platform. These general Terms apply alongside those specific rules.

Slots: All slot game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator. Each spin is statistically independent of all previous spins. The RTP percentage for each title is set by the game provider.

Sports Betting: Bets are settled based on official event results from the relevant sporting authority. swerte99 reserves the right to void bets in the event of match cancellation, abandonment, or verified data errors. Live Casino: Outcomes are determined by physical dealing or wheel spin conducted by a live dealer in a studio environment. Results are binding once the dealer confirms the round outcome.

eBingo: Game results are determined by the sequence of randomly drawn numbers. Prize allocation is based on the pattern rules specified for each game session.

swerte99 reserves the right to void bets or winnings in cases of clear technical error, system malfunction, or suspected abuse of game mechanics. Players will be notified and stakes returned where applicable.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, swerte99 offers promotions, bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other reward structures to eligible players. These are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to the specific terms stated alongside each offer:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player. Claiming the same offer across multiple accounts constitutes abuse and will result in the voiding of associated bonuses and winnings.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money PHP balances. Wagering requirements, where applicable, must be completed before bonus balances convert to withdrawable funds.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Uncompleted wagering requirements at the time of expiry will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• swerte99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and in active use.
• Misuse of promotional terms – including collusion, use of automated systems, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics – will result in the removal of bonus funds and may lead to account closure.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on swerte99:

• Registering or operating more than one account
• Using a false identity or another person's identity or payment details
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with games or the platform
• Engaging in any form of collusion or match-fixing in relation to sports betting
• Making deposits through payment accounts not held in your own name
• Attempting to launder funds or engage in any activity that violates applicable financial laws
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing customer support staff or other platform users

swerte99 reserves the right to immediately suspend any account found to be engaging in prohibited conduct, void associated balances and winnings, and take further action where required.

9 Privacy and Data

swerte99 collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your information as set out in that policy.

Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, communicate with you about your account, and comply with our platform obligations. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

swerte99 uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our platform. Account security features including OTP verification provide additional protection at login and for sensitive transactions.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Suspension and Account Closure

swerte99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including in circumstances where:

• A player has violated any provision of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity or identity misrepresentation is suspected or confirmed
• A player fails to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the player
• Required by applicable legal or regulatory obligations

Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, any promotional balances and winnings derived from promotional funds may be voided. Real-money PHP balances from verified deposits will be returned to the player after deducting any outstanding amounts owed, subject to verification requirements being met.

12 Changes to These Terms

swerte99 may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, players will be notified via their registered account contact details or through a notice on the platform. The date of the most recent review is shown at the top of this page.

Continued use of swerte99 after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any revision, you must stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. swerte99 is not liable for any consequences arising from a failure to read updated Terms after notification has been given.
